Job Responsibilities
As a Frontier Flight Attendant, your responsibilities include:

Ensuring passenger safety and cabin security during all flight phases

Conducting emergency and safety procedures
-
Performing pre-flight equipment checks
-
Assisting with luggage loading and passenger boarding

Providing inflight service, selling snacks & beverages
-
Responding to passenger needs professionally and calmly

Offering first aid or CPR when required

Maintaining a polished, professional appearance
This role requires flexibility with night, weekend, holiday, and extended schedules, as well as the ability to travel for long periods.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum age: 20 years

Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs and meet FAA safety requirements

Must pass DOT and FAA drug/alcohol testing

Tattoos must remain fully covered according to Frontier uniform policy

Willingness to relocate to assigned crew base
Work Environment
This is a physically active role with long periods of standing, bending, reaching overhead, and working in confined spaces. Candidates must feel comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
