   Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting members, athletes, and event participants. You will be the first point of contact for constituents, providing timely and professional assistance across multiple service areas.


   Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, inquiries, and requests.

  • Provide support for membership, club, youth, retail, and event questions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of constituent interactions and workflows.

  • Process refunds, exchanges, and retail transactions.

  • Update membership and club records, verify dates of birth, and enter event registrations.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to recommend service improvements.

  • Provide on-site support at select events when needed.


  Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service or related environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude and eagerness to support team success.
