Key Responsibilities

Greet prospective homebuyers and provide exceptional customer service

Conduct guided tours of model and display homes

Explain available floor plans, home features, and customization options

Schedule appointments for sales consultants

Follow up with interested prospects to maintain sales momentum

Perform basic administrative and office organization tasks

Keep the sales office neat, organized, and welcoming
Work Schedule

10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays

11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Fridays, Sundays, Mondays

Work 2 days per week, with occasional weekend availability required
Job Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
