Key Responsibilities

As a Lifting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling all lifting activities on site to ensure operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved procedures. Your main duties will include:

• Supervising lifting operations across industrial and construction projects

• Reviewing and implementing approved lifting plans

• Coordinating closely with crane operators, riggers, and site teams

• Ensuring all lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and fit for use

• Enforcing crane safety procedures and site safety regulations

• Acting as the Appointed Person for lifting operations when required

• Identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions

Job Requirements

To be considered for this Lifting Supervisor job in Qatar, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising lifting operations in industrial or construction environments

• Mandatory Lifting Supervisor Certification

• Appointed Person for Lifting Certification (required)
