Plumber Job Description – Hilton Hotels
Hilton Hotels is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems while delivering a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for our Guests and Members.
As a Plumber at Hilton, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures throughout the hotel, responding to emergency repairs, and working closely with contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards:

Fit and install plumbing appliances such as toilets, sinks, baths, and domestic appliances

Install, service, and maintain heating systems

Install and maintain air-conditioning units
-
Diagnose, maintain, and repair plumbing systems throughout the hotel

Carry out emergency plumbing repairs as required

Perform daily maintenance checks around the hotel

Liaise with contractors and assist with bathroom installations and renovations

Ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are safe and well-maintained
-
Identify and act upon unsafe situations immediately

Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned

Ensure monthly safety inspections are completed

Support training of employees in safety and maintenance procedures

Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners

S/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Domestic Plumbing

Preferred Skills & Experience
