Hilton Hotels is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Waiters / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-quality hotel environment.
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner while demonstrating extensive knowledge of menu offerings. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that reflects Hilton’s world-class service standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter / Waitress at Hilton, you will be responsible for the following duties to the highest standards:

Serve guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

Manage guest queries promptly and courteously

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing and liquor regulations

Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, food items, and beverages

Ensure mise-en-place is fully stocked at all floor stations

Deliver Food & Beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain consistently high standards of food and service quality

Follow correct reporting procedures when issues arise

Practice Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene

Comply with hotel security policies, fire regulations, and health & safety legislation
