About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our finance team. You will be responsible for managing essential accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations, and contributing to the continued success of our diverse group.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping activities.

Perform bank and account reconciliations.

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Handle inter-company transactions and shared cost allocations.

Prepare and assist with financial reporting.

Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle accounting.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in the wellness, clinic, or retail sectors is a significant plus.

Abilities: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
