Position: Accountant – Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records

• Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Handle inter-company transactions and shared cost allocations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• Assist in financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills

• Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger

• Experience with inter-company transactions and cost allocation

• Previous experience in wellness, clinic, or retail sectors is a plus

• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
