Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for dedicated professionals for the following roles:

1. Procurement Officer – Abu Dhabi

This role focuses on high-value, complex contracts and long-term service agreements within a large industrial setting, preferably in Oil & Gas.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Exposure:

• Experience: 8 or more years in developing high-value and complex tenders and contracts.

• Industry: Background in a large industrial organization, with a strong preference for the Oil and Gas (O&G) sector.

• Key Skills:

  • Technical expertise in building, reviewing, and finalizing various contracts and tenders.

  • Sound understanding of commercial management principles, risk management, cost-effectiveness, and legal/economic aspects.

  • Strong knowledge of regulations, controls, and relevant legal guidelines.

  • Excellent contract negotiation and preparation skills.

2. Procurement Officer – Mussafah Base

This role is centered on procurement activities for O&G materials, requiring hands-on experience with procurement systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of any Engineering discipline or equivalent.

• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas materials procurement.

• Process Knowledge: Hands-on experience with RFQ (Request for Quotation), PR/PO (Purchase Requisition/Order) processes.

• Exposure: Involvement in both CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure) activities.

• System Expertise: Mandatory experience with the ADNOC Ariba system.
