About the Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily site operations, ensuring the smooth movement of seed from intake through to dispatch. Acting as a vital link between office administration and warehouse operations, this position offers valuable exposure to supply chain and agricultural operations.
This role is well suited to a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in Supply Chain, Agriculture, or Operations Administration.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service and process customer orders

Operate the site weighbridge and complete required documentation

Maintain accurate production and inventory records

Generate operational reports and assist with process improvements

Support inventory management using Navision (ERP system)

Monitor and update processing and production schedules

Assist with Health & Safety compliance and site procedures

Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
Skills & Experience

Previous office administration or customer service experience OR
a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Agriculture, Business, or a related field -
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with Navision or ERP systems (highly regarded)

Understanding of manufacturing, processing, or quality control environments

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
