Key Responsibilities – Retail Store Supervisor
As a Full Time Store Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the store management team by ensuring operational excellence and delivering a high-energy customer experience. Your responsibilities include:

Leading by example to create an engaging and customer-focused store environment

Coaching, training, and supervising store associates to maximize sales and service performance

Supporting new hires with onboarding, product knowledge, company culture, and loss prevention training

Handling customer concerns professionally while partnering with store management on escalated issues

Managing daily store operations including cash handling, inventory, floor sets, replenishment, and markdowns

Assisting in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Supervising store operations in the absence of senior management

Ensuring full compliance with Levi’s® store policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
