Job Overview
As a General Mechanic at Hilton, you will be responsible for developing, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing mechanical machinery, tools, and components. You will ensure all equipment meets Hilton’s quality and safety standards while supporting smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and troubleshoot mechanical machinery and equipment

Design, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components

Build, install, and service mechanical systems, tools, and machinery

Set up and conduct tests on complete units and individual components

Record test procedures, numerical data, graphical results, and recommendations

Ensure quality inspections are completed in line with company standards

Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners

Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills

Accredited Mechanical Engineering qualification

Previous experience in a similar mechanical or maintenance role

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
