Guest Service Agent – Front Office | Hotel Jobs
Job Summary
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team. In this role, you will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, handle guest queries, and support daily hotel operations. Your service will create a strong first impression and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a smooth and friendly check-in/check-out experience

Respond to guest questions efficiently and professionally

Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Update the Guest Service Manager with guest feedback

Complete audits and follow hotel procedures

Promote hotel services and use up-selling techniques
-
Handle cash, credit cards, and foreign currency correctly

Follow hotel security, safety, and brand standards

Support other departments when needed

Learn room categories, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities
Requirements
-
Experience in customer service or hospitality
-
Positive attitude & strong communication skills

Professional grooming and hospitality-focused personality
-
Calm, organized, and detail-oriented
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Strong IT and booking system knowledge

Able to work independently and in a team
Preferred:

Cash handling experience

Front Office / Concierge experience

Conflict resolution skills
