Job Description
As an HVAC Ducting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising HVAC duct installation activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to approved shop drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will coordinate with teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC duct installation and site activities

Read and interpret HVAC shop drawings accurately

Guide and manage ducting teams on-site

Ensure compliance with construction quality and safety standards

Perform quantity take-offs for sheet metal, insulation, and accessories

Coordinate with engineers and project management teams

Monitor installation progress and resolve site issues
Job Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising HVAC duct installation

Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting systems and accessories

Excellent ability to read shop drawings and execution plans

Experience in quantity take-off and material estimation

Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards

Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Educational Qualification
