Job Overview
Hilton Hotels is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations within the hotel. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained property that delivers an outstanding Guest and Member experience. The Maintenance Supervisor will handle daily maintenance checks, equipment repairs, safety compliance, and renovation coordination while leading emergency and energy conservation programs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards:

Oversee and manage all maintenance issues across the hotel property

Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks throughout the hotel

Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical and engineering equipment

Conduct lift emergency release procedures when required

Ensure all hotel fixtures, fittings, and systems are safe and fully operational
-
Take immediate action to resolve unsafe conditions and maintenance risks

Develop, implement, and manage hotel emergency response programs
-
Lead energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs
-
Coordinate renovation projects, including bidding, cost estimation, and scope definition
-
Supervise general contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and cost-effective work

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure staff are properly trained

Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of building management systems and hotel engineering

Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering supervisory role

Preferred Qualifications
