About the Role
As a Patient Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients during their clinic visits. This role focuses on non-medical patient support, patient flow, and assistance throughout treatment sessions.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients at the clinic entrance and escort them to the treatment area

Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude toward patients and families

Ensure family members follow clinic access policies

Assist patients with meals according to the clinic schedule

Support medication delivery and related documentation

Maintain clinic equipment such as wheelchairs and other assets

Assist with daily transport of consumables from the warehouse to treatment areas
Qualifications & Requirements
Education

High school diploma or equivalent
