About the Role

As a Patient Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients during their clinic visits. This role focuses on non-medical patient support, patient flow, and assistance throughout treatment sessions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients at the clinic entrance and escort them to the treatment area

  • Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude toward patients and families

  • Ensure family members follow clinic access policies

  • Assist patients with meals according to the clinic schedule

  • Support medication delivery and related documentation

  • Maintain clinic equipment such as wheelchairs and other assets

  • Assist with daily transport of consumables from the warehouse to treatment areas


Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • No prior experience required

Skills

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Personable, energetic, and patient-focused

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Languages

  • Arabic (required)

  • English (preferred)

IT Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge
