As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth front-desk operations across two campus sites.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a professional reception service for students, staff, and visitors

Act as the first point of contact via face-to-face, telephone, email, and online platforms

Deliver a high-quality “First Response” customer service experience

Support clerical tasks, hospitality services, and campus events
-
Maintain databases, filing systems, and archived records accurately

Ensure confidentiality and full compliance with data protection regulations
-
Follow all Coventry University Group policies and Health & Safety guidelines

Support operations across the main site and additional campus sites when required
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Proven experience in customer service within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
